Also known as “Nirvana”, “Enlightenment” and “Bliss”, spiritual awakening has been described as a profound spiritual experience that can permanently change your view of the world around you and your place within it. Spiritual awakening also creates a shift in your consciousness where you will start to question the nature of your reality, your existence and the intentions of the people around you. During this process, you may experience some intense emotions such as worry, fear, anger, jealousy, depression, hopelessness, etc. Although these emotions are not pleasant, the emotions are all part of the process of releasing the old outdated energy patterns that have built up within you during your present and also sometimes, your past lifetimes. But it is important to not let yourself get too caught up or focused on these aspects. You must see them as being temporary and know that they will come to an end. At the same time, you must not completely ignore the thoughts, feelings and emotions because it will make it harder for you to move forward with your life.

When you undergo a rebirth, you will experience changes in your perception of reality, a shift in your perspective and a new sense of clarity and self.
