Hanuman is one of the most popular gods in Indian mythology. He is the son of Vayu, the Lord of the Winds, and Anjana. Hanuman is considered one of the most benevolent beings. It is a perfect example of how a being should serve humanity. Its name is derived from two Sanskrit words, "anan" meaning "to heal" or "hana" meaning "to serve". Hanuman was created when Lord Shiva touched the feet of his wife Parvati. This story shows that man must serve God. It gave its name to one of the popular Yoga poses. It is depicted with a monkey's head. It has a very important place in the Ramayana epic. In Hinduism, Hanuman is also worshipped as a symbol of physical strength, vitality, and courage. It is believed that chanting Hanuman's name or reciting his prayers can help them overcome physical and mental obstacles and give them the strength to face life's challenges with courage and determination. The Golden Light of Lord Hanuman began with Senay's connection with this Supreme Presence through the archangels and companions during a meditation, through which she was allowed to offer this wonderful energy to the world, and Lord Hanuman was endowed with unlimited power, success, and protection.
