Many of you reading this will have already been taught into the Usui method of natural healing to a minimum of 2nd degree. At this level, you will have received the Sei Hei Ki {Mental & Emotional} symbol which allows you to perform healing on the mind and body using a symbol that Master Usui gave to us for Mental and Emotional Healing but did you know that there is another method of healing that you can use and one that I have been blessed with being able to channel from spirit and my guide {Rakesh}. This method incorporates the properties of an etheric crystal that is encoded into your auric field during the attunement procedure. This is the Lithium Quartz Crystal. Through your attunement to this new method, you will be able to perform Mental & Emotional healing on yourself and others by incorporating the Lithium Quartz with any other healing modality that you have been attuned to. By using the Mental and Emotional method of healing along with the activation of the Lithium Quartz Crystal, you will be able to bring a powerful rebalancing effect to mind, body and spirit which includes the easing of physical symptoms that are often associated with anxiety, stress and depression.

 

The Mental and Emotional Healing Method was originally given to me through a local Reiki Master when I was attuned to Reiki over 20 years ago and after many years of performing self-healing and working to recover from a life-changing condition called “Agoraphobia”. Agoraphobia is a condition where the person suffering cannot leave their safe place. My safe place was my house so for 20 years, I was in effect housebound. If I did venture out of the house I would experience severe panic attacks and continuous states of heightened anxiety. After being attuned to Reiki and developing several methods of healing that specifically deal with mental and emotional healing, I began to channel this healing method that you are now receiving. While it is a good idea for you to be attuned to Usui Reiki before taking this attunement, you can still work with the energies if no prior training in Reiki has been given. This is because the Cho Ku Rei and Sei Hei Ki symbols will be encoded into your auric field during your distant attunement. Along with the symbols, an etheric Lithium Quartz crystal will be encoded into your auric field, crown chakra and palms of your hands. The placement of the crystal into these areas is so the energies can work on the trinity of mind, body & spirit. It is through this placement of the etheric lithium quartz crystal that you will gain a new dimension of healing when combined with the frequencies of the mental and emotional healing method. Using the Energies of the Lithium Quartz Crystal can also penetrate the veil of time to heal the wounds that might have been carried over from childhood and past lifetimes.
