Hidden Self is an energy system that works on the Hidden Self, especially within the area of self-control. Self Control is described mainly as one's own will such as behaviour, action and thought. It can be expanded into other areas ranging from respect to willpower. It is centered in the ability of a person to exert their own will over the inhibitions of the body or self. Self Control and the Hidden Self can range in a lot of different areas from dealing with issues of love, food, drinking, fears, anxiety and so much more, as this all depends on what you as your individual self is dealing with at any given moment in time.
