Healing the Conflict Within works to connect you with your guides, spirit and your higher self to bring healing to conflicts that can occasionally cause devastation to the mind, body & spirit. There are times when we can think of something we love and want only to then feel overwhelmed with thoughts of fear, discouragement and despair. When we try to look at both sides of the issue, it only gets worse. What causes this and how do we stop it?

 

When we are filled with conflicting emotions, we will often find ourselves getting stuck in a rut, unable to do anything about it. We won't be able to think clearly and generally, we will end up doing nothing at all for lack of understanding of what is happening. We can resort to blaming ourselves and others and feel powerless to move forward but working with the energies of this system will help you to clear out the negative thoughts to help you to open your heart to the messages from your spirit and your higher self to guide you in the right direction as well as guiding you in making choices for the highest good. This attunement connects you quickly with the higher energies necessary to overcome problems and find positive solutions so that you can make the best decisions, and have the courage to take the necessary actions to bring change in a way that makes transitions smooth and eases the path.
