My De-attuning Journey

First and foremost, I want to stress that 99.9% of attunements are true, honest and pure with the founders being genuine but in the same way as all of life, there are a few rotten apples that have infiltrated the community who have 1 aim and that is to cause havoc and competition. De-attuning is also a controversial subject but it is one that I feel passionate about because I have experienced first-hand how some people hide behind a mask of light. Thankfully with the help of my spirit guide Rakesh, I was able to de-attune from several energies, resulting in a profound release from the chains that bound me. Because of this, I would like to share this blog post with you so you can make your own decisions as to whether you want to de-attune from an energy or a person who you feel might not be in alignment with your highest good. Within the realm of energy healing and spiritual practices, attunements play a vital role in connecting individuals to higher frequencies and enhancing their healing abilities. As a seasoned energy healing practitioner, my journey has been profound and enlightening, yet dotted with unexpected challenges and revelations. Some were even created by founders who hid themselves behind a mask of light so the real person and negative intentions are not seen underneath. It was a revelation that sent shivers down my spine and made me question the integrity of these founders and their practices.

My decision to de-attune from these detrimental practices was not an easy one. It required immense courage, introspection, and a deep-seated commitment to walk the path of authenticity and light because I knew that these were popular attunements and they were attunements that I knew would sell but at the end of the day, the spiritual well-being of students who come to the academy is more important than what my bank balance says. This is another subject that I will address at some stage where the Reiki community has been infiltrated with people who are jumping on the attunement bandwagon simply to make money and not to serve their students. So, as I severed ties with attunements that no longer served my highest good, I felt a profound sense of liberation and clarity wash over me. This just proved to me that my feelings and the guidance from Rakesh were true and re-attuning from the energies was the best decision that I had made.

The De-Attuning Statement of Intent

If you intend to use the following De-Attunement statement, please do so with care because once you have activated it and de-attuned to the attunements you no longer want in your life, you will have to be re-attuned if you later decide that you made a mistake or you want to reconnect with them.

The Statement of Intent

"With my mind being aware of the negativity and my heart being pure with divine love and light, I intend on this day that I will be de-attuned from {state name/names of the attunements}. I intend for all energies, attachments, cords, and bindings that have been placed around me with this energy either intentionally or unconsciously to be severed, removed and banished so that they no longer have a hold of my life. I also intend that my connection with {name person/founder if you know who they are} will be severed so that I can move on with my life with purity of mind, body & soul. I intend that all areas that are left void in my life from the removal of these energies to be filled with the love and light of God {you can use any reference here that you feel comfortable with} so I can walk forward on my spiritual path with grace and integrity. So Be It".

That's all you have to do, you are now de-attuned to the attunements and the individuals you mentioned in your statement. Go forth and be free with the knowledge that the things that you felt were holding you back or were preventing you from living your life to its full potential have been released.
